Few things in life are constant, but the churn of youth remains the same generation after generation. Part of growing up is finding out who you are, where you fit in, and the many identities along the way. For photographer Ted Min and stylist Sarah Starkey, that process of coming into oneself felt particularly poignant, given the sense of otherness both of them have experienced as Koreans living in Australia (Min as an immigrant who came in pursuit of his photography studies and Starkey as an adoptee). The pair have captured a snapshot of youth on a secluded Sydney beach for our latest fashion editorial, celebrating a multicultural group of young models who reflect the vividness of adolescence from dawn to dusk.
